By Stefanis ships to most locations worldwide. For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

   • Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
   • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250 within Australia.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
